Morrison Industries, based in Morrison, Tenn., has expanded operations with a second plant, located in Novi. The company hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting, June 28 for the new 50,000 square-foot facility. The event included a reception and guided facility tours. Novi city officials and Novi Chamber of Commerce members attended, along with business partners and community members.
Morrison Industries makes custom steel packaging and shipping racks for automotive manufacturers and for other industries. The new facility will enable increased production and be closer to current and potential customers. The company is planning to add staff through the next two years.
